Shipping & Delivery Policy

Quick summary
- Free delivery: Orders with a current product subtotal of at least ฿5,000
- Smaller orders: Distance-based delivery, calculated at checkout
- Coverage: Up to 100 km by road from our Phuket operating location
- Same-day cutoff: 18:00 Thailand time, seven days a week
- Pickup: Not generally available; it may occasionally be arranged in advance
Delivery coverage
We deliver within 100 km road distance of our operating location in Phuket. This includes Phuket and supported nearby destinations in Phang Nga. Coverage depends on the actual route to the delivery address; it is not unrestricted province-wide delivery.
Enter the complete delivery address at checkout. We use the road route to confirm eligibility and calculate any delivery charge before payment.
Free delivery
Delivery is free when the current order subtotal is at least ฿5,000. The subtotal uses current product prices after product discounts and before delivery fees. If a price or basket change takes the subtotal below the threshold, the normal distance-based charge applies.
Distance-based delivery below the threshold
For orders below the free-delivery threshold, the fee is determined by road distance. The checkout calculation is authoritative.

Delivery timing
We deliver Monday through Sunday. Orders completed before 18:00 Thailand time can be scheduled for same-day delivery when a suitable slot remains available. Orders completed after the cutoff can be scheduled from the next day. Preparation takes 0–1 day and local transit is treated as same-day.

- Afternoon: 13:00–16:00
- Evening: 16:00–19:00
- Custom time: Subject to confirmation
Peak dates and unusual traffic or weather can reduce slot availability. We will contact you if the requested timing cannot be met.
Pickup arrangements
Delivery is our standard service. Pickup is not currently offered at checkout, but we may occasionally arrange it by confirmed appointment. Our working studio is not a walk-in retail storefront, so please contact us before ordering if pickup is essential.
Address and recipient requirements
- Complete street address or building and hotel name
- District or subdistrict and postal code
- Recipient phone number in international format
- Room, reception, gate, floor, or access instructions
If the recipient is unavailable, we will try to contact them and may leave the arrangement with a safe reception or other authorised person. Redelivery or address changes may incur an additional distance-based fee.
Problems with an order
Fresh flowers cannot be returned, but damage, quality, missing-item, and wrong-item claims can qualify for a refund or replacement when reported with photos within 24 hours. See our Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy.
