At Siamese Remedies, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with our website.

This information is collected via forms on our website and during the checkout process.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Process and fulfill your flower delivery orders.
  • Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms.
  • Send order confirmations and delivery updates.
  • Improve our services and customer experience.

We share personal information only where needed to process payments (Stripe), fulfil deliveries, provide the optional Google Customer Reviews survey described below, and measure advertising as described in section 4.

3. Google Customer Reviews

After a paid order, we may display an optional Google Customer Reviews survey invitation. If you opt in, Google receives your order ID, email address, delivery country, and estimated delivery date so it can send one review request. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy. Opting out does not affect your order.

4. Cookies and Measurement Technologies

We use essential first-party storage to operate the site and remember your privacy choice. We also use first-party analytics and Google Analytics to understand website performance.

Meta advertising measurement is enabled by default. We use the Meta Pixel in your browser together with Meta's Conversions API on our server to understand whether advertising on Facebook or Instagram leads to PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, genuine Lead, or paid Purchase events.

Meta may receive the event type and time, the page without its query string, product references, value and currency, browser identifiers (_fbp and _fbc), IP address, and browser user-agent. At genuine enquiry, checkout, and purchase stages, we may also send normalised SHA-256 hashes of the email address and phone number supplied by the customer. We do not send customer names or delivery addresses for Meta matching.

We retain _fbp, _fbc, and the client IP and user-agent used for this matching for no longer than 90 days. Event matching data is removed earlier after successful server delivery. Hashing contact information helps Meta match an event but does not make the information anonymous.

Meta receives and processes this information to provide advertising measurement and related advertising services. Meta's own use of information it receives is governed by its Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

You can turn future Meta measurement off at any time through Privacy choices in the website footer or checkout. Turning it off prevents new Pixel and Conversions API events from that browser journey and removes its Meta browser identifiers from this site. It does not recall events already sent to Meta.

5. Data Security

We implement limited access controls to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. Only authorized personnel have access to your data. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
