Delivery Coverage Area

We deliver fresh flowers and gifts across Phuket and Phangnga provinces. Our delivery service covers all areas within these regions, with pricing based on the distance from our shop in Chalong.

Distance-Based Delivery Pricing

Delivery fees are calculated based on the road distance from our shop location at Market Village Phuket, Chalong. We use Google's distance calculation to ensure accurate pricing.

Note: The exact delivery fee for your order is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Thailand time). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

At checkout, you can choose from the following delivery time slots:

• Morning: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Afternoon: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• ASAP: As soon as possible during business hours
• Custom Time: Specify your preferred delivery time

Free Pickup Option

You can pick up your order for free at our shop location:

When selecting pickup at checkout, you can choose from the same time slots as delivery. We'll prepare your order and have it ready for collection at your chosen time.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM, or next business day for orders placed after 2:00 PM.

Scheduled Delivery: You can schedule delivery for a future date during checkout. We accept orders up to 30 days in advance.

Peak Periods: During peak periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your order as early as possible during these periods.

Fresh Flower Care During Delivery

All fresh flower arrangements are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our delivery team is trained in proper handling of fresh flowers and will deliver your order with care.

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, our driver will:

• Attempt to contact the recipient by phone
• Leave the flowers with a neighbor or building reception (if safe and appropriate)
• Contact you to arrange redelivery or alternative delivery instructions

Delivery Address Requirements

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including:

• Full street address or building name
• District/Subdistrict
• Postal code
• Recipient's phone number
• Any special delivery instructions (e.g., gate code, building number, floor number)

We use Google address autocomplete at checkout to ensure accurate address entry and delivery fee calculation.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. For security and privacy reasons, we do not photograph deliveries, but our drivers confirm successful delivery through our system.

Delivery Fees and Refunds

Delivery fees are non-refundable for fresh flower orders due to the perishable nature of the products. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the flowers upon delivery, we will offer a refund or replacement according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Changes to Delivery Details

If you need to change the delivery address or time slot after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in preparation or out for delivery.

Changes to the delivery address may result in a different delivery fee if the new address is in a different distance zone.
