Common delivery questions
- Can you deliver to a hotel, villa, or hospital?
- Yes. Add the room, reception, gate, floor, and access instructions at checkout.
- What if the recipient is unavailable?
- We will try to contact them and may leave the flowers with an authorised reception or safe person.
- Can I collect the flowers instead?
- Delivery is standard. Pickup may occasionally be arranged by confirmed appointment; the studio is not a walk-in shop.
