Choose the way you prefer to pay. Your payment page keeps the amount, reference and instructions together for your order.

Card payment Quick online checkout

How it works

  • Continue to Stripe and choose card or Apple Pay. Stripe handles the payment in Thai baht (THB) and returns you to your saved payment page.
  • For website orders and full-order payment links, Stripe may reserve the amount first. We capture it when we accept the order. Standalone payment requests charge immediately.

Before you send

  • Your card provider handles any currency conversion and shows any fee it applies.
  • If a payment is declined or still processing, choose another available method or contact us before paying again.
Wise bank transfer See your rate and fees upfront

How it works

  • Set “Recipient gets” to the exact THB amount on your payment page. Wise shows your exchange rate, fees and estimated arrival before you send.
  • After sending, select “I’ve made the transfer”. A receipt is helpful but optional, and we confirm payment when it reaches our bank account.

Before you send

  • Use the payment reference shown on your page. Wise may shorten it, so keep your receipt until payment is confirmed.
  • The transfer goes directly to our Thai bank account; the account details appear only on your saved payment page.

How it works

  • Use your preferred Thai or international bank and the beneficiary details on your saved payment page.
  • After sending, select “I’ve made the transfer”. Add the payer name and an optional receipt to help us match it quickly.

Before you send

  • Ask your bank to deliver the full amount in THB and check its exchange rate, transfer fees and any intermediary-bank deductions.
  • Check the recipient name and use only the account details shown on your saved payment page.
USDT on TRON Send from your own wallet

How it works

  • Your payment page shows a receiving address, QR code and exact amount for this payment. The USDT/THB quote is valid for 60 minutes, and we add no percentage markup.
  • We detect solidified transfers automatically and update your saved payment page.

Before you send

  • Send only USDT on TRON (TRC20). Do not send USDT on Ethereum, TON, BNB Smart Chain or another network, and do not send TRX.
  • Your wallet or exchange may charge a withdrawal fee, so the full quoted amount must reach the receiving address.
  • You never need to connect your wallet or share a seed phrase, private key or wallet password. If the quote expires or the status is delayed, contact us before sending again.

Confirmation and help

Payment confirmation

Each method confirms differently. Your payment page shows when we are checking a transfer and when payment has been received.

If part of the amount arrives, we record it and show the remaining balance. We may also accept an order for preparation while payment remains outstanding and will show that separately.

Refunds and help

Cancelling an order and sending a refund are separate steps. We confirm a refund after it has been processed; timing and external fees depend on the payment route.

If you paid without a reference, used an old link, sent too much or cannot see confirmation, contact us with the payment reference, amount and sending date. Keep your saved payment link private.
